WQVGA 0.2″ LCD Color Display
The WQVGA LCD is a color-filter Active Matrix Liquid Crystal Display (AMLCD) with a resolution of 428 x 240 x RGB. The WQVGA display utilizes high-performance single crystal silicon transistors and is the smallest (0.20″ diagonal) transmissive AMLCD for the resolution, providing 308,160 active dots. The ultra-compact and ultra-low power WQVGA display is ideal for commercial and industrial applications.
The WQVGA LCD features Kopin’s low-voltage architecture for low power consumption and compatibility with CMOS driver ICs. Unidirectional horizontal and bidirectional vertical scanner circuits are integrated along with a sleep mode to simplify power management.
The WQVGA LCD accepts parallel RGB analog inputs and can be driven by Kopin’s A230 driver display. An efficient waveguide white LED backlight is used for LCD illumination.
